Thank you for shopping with Allure by Mayah. We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer free shipping within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Stay tuned - we’re working on it!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact us at allurebymayah@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to assist.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. However, we’ll always do what we can to support you.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe and the tracking information shows no delivery confirmation, please contact us at allurebymayah@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and liaise with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

If the parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (subject to stock availability), or

  • A refund for the full value of your order.

However, if the tracking information shows the parcel as delivered, we are unable to offer compensation

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. Unfortunately, we are not liable for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
