Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on nose rings. We kindly ask that you consider this before placing your order.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a prompt resolution. Every piece is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
If a return is approved following a damage claim, you’ll be notified once we’ve received and assessed the item. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
